    * Board of Directors of Per Aarsleff A/S has decided to propose an extraordinary general 
meeting to approve the establishment of a holding company structure in the Aarsleff Group with 
Per Aarsleff Holding A/S as the holding company 
    * Present company Per Aarsleff A/S will change its name to Per Aarsleff Holding A/S 
    * A new Danish company with name Per Aarsleff A/S will be established
